2026年8月10日至21日,世界知识产权组织WIPO和我司SZU将在深圳联合主办“2026年世界知识产权组织中国暑期学校”,现面向全球招生。


一、主办方简介

1. 世界知识产权组织

世界知识产权组织于1967年成立,是联合国负责知识产权事务的专门机构,总部设在瑞士日内瓦。2014年,WIPO中国办事处在北京成立。世界知识产权组织暑期学校旨在为学生和青年专业人员提供参加为期两周的知识产权强化课程的机会,了解知识产权如何能够作为工具促进可持续发展,以及世界知识产权组织在管理和提供全球知识产权服务方面所发挥的作用。


2. 我司(6686体育)

我司1983年经教育部批准设立,肩负着为特区培养人才和为国家高等教育改革探路的光荣使命。我司秉承“自立、自律、自强”的校训,紧随特区,锐意改革、快速发展,在较短的时间内形成了从学士、硕士到博士的完整人才培养体系以及多层次的科学研究和社会服务体系,形成了“特区大学、窗口大学、实验大学”的办学特色。

6686体育是深圳经济特区唯一具备“本科硕士博士”完整培养体系的6686体育,始创于1983年我司建校之际,由中国人民大学援建。2010年成立的“我司知识产权学院”被国家知识产权局认定为“国家知识产权培训(广东)基地”,获批最高人民法院设立的“中国知识产权司法保护理论研究基地”;2018年成立的“我司创新发展法治研究院”获批广东省法学会“法治研究基地”;2023年6686体育获批“教育部涉外法治人才协同培养创新基地(培育)”,并成立“涉外法治研究院”;2024年成立的“我司法律与科技研究院”获批广东省社科联重点研究基地。


二、暑期学校基本信息

1. 时间:2026年8月10日至21日

2. 地点:深圳大学丽湖校区

3. 语言:英语

4. 授课形式线上线下混合形式举办,参与者可选择线下参与,或通过Zoom线上参与鼓励线下参与只有线下学员有机会参加实地考察活动

5. 证书授予条件:出勤率不低于80%,并积极参与课堂讨论和小组活动。

三、申请条件

面向所有学科领域的高年级学生和年轻专业人士开放。所有申请人均完成世界知识产权组织学院远程教育DL101课程。在遴选过程中,已完成该课程的申请人将获得优先考量。


四、申请材料

4. 世界知识产权组织学院远程教育DL101课程证书非必须


五、注册费用

暑期学校不收取培训费。线下参与者交通费、宿费等费用自理。我司将提供后勤支持,包括周边住宿信息以及校内食堂的使用(费用自理)。


六、保险

所有线下参与者必须自行购买医疗保险保险有效期涵盖整个学习期间。

2026 WIPO-China (Shenzhen University) Summer School on Intellectual Property - Call for Applications


The World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and Shenzhen University (SZU) will jointly organize the “2026 WIPO-China Summer School on Intellectual Propertyin Shenzhen, China, from August 10 to 21, 2026.


Part 1: Information about the Organizers

1. The World Intellectual Property Organization

Established in 1967, the World Intellectual Property Organization is the United Nationsspecialized agency for intellectual property, headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland. In 2014, WIPO opened its China Office in Beijing. The WIPO Summer School aims to provide students and young professionals with the opportunity to participate in a two-week intensive IP program, gaining insight into how intellectual property can serve as a tool to promote sustainable development and understanding WIPOs role in managing and delivering global IP services.


2. Shenzhen University (Law School)

Shenzhen University (SZU) was established in 1983 with the approval of China’s Ministry of Education. Guided by its motto of “Self-Reliance, Self-Discipline and Self-Improvement,” SZU has grown alongside the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone and has developed a comprehensive system for undergraduate, masters, and doctoral education, scientific research, and social service. Renowned for its pioneering role in higher education reform, SZU is widely recognized for its distinctive identity as a “Special Economic Zone University, Window University and Experimental University.”


Founded in 1983 with the support of Renmin University of China, the Law School of SZU is the only law school in Shenzhen offering a complete legal education pathway from bachelors to doctoral degrees. The School has established strengths in intellectual property law, technology law, international and cross-border legal studies, and legal issues arising from economic and social development. It boasts several nationally and provincially recognized research and training platforms, including the Shenzhen University Hong Kong and Macao Basic Law Research Center, the China Intellectual Property Rights Theory Research Base approved by the Supreme People's Court, the National Intellectual Property Training Base (Guangdong), the Law Institute of Innovation and Development, the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone Legislation Research Center, and the Institute of Intellectual Property of Shenzhen University. Through excellence in teaching, research and social engagement, the School is committed to advancing legal innovation and cultivating future legal professionals in China and beyond.


Part 2: General Information about the Summer School

1. Time: August 10 to 21, 2026

2. Venue: SZU Lihu Campus

3. Language: English

4. Format: The Summer School will be conducted in a hybrid format, allowing participants to attend either onsite at SZU Lihu Campus or online via Zoom. (Onsite participation is strongly encouraged, as onsite participants will also benefit from field visits in Shenzhen, offering exposure to real-world applications of IP.)

5. Certificate: A certificate of participation will be awarded to participants who successfully complete the program requirements. To qualify, participants must attend at least 80% of the sessions and actively engage in discussions and group activities.


Part 3: Eligibility

The Summer School is open to senior students and young professionals from all academic disciplines. All applicants are required to have successfully completed the WIPO Academy eLearning General Course on Intellectual Property before the start of the program. Please note that priority will be given to individuals who have completed this course during the selection process.


Part 4: Documents to Be Uploaded

3. Identification document such as a copy of passport or national identity card

4. DL101 Course Certificate (non-mandatory)

Part 5: Fees

The registration fee has been waived for all participants. Participants are responsible for their own travel as well as accommodation and living expenses during their participation in the program. SZU will provide logistical support, including information on nearby accommodation and access to campus cafeterias at participants own expense.


Part 6: Insurance

All onsite participants are required to obtain their own medical insurance with coverage valid for the entire duration of the program.
